Online Training 

What is Online Training?
Online Training is a method of personal training that allows the individual to reach their health and fitness goals from the convenience of their own home or gym and on their own time! The training is done completely from your phone via AbsoluteFit app! 

How does it work?
Each individual will undergo a full consultation to determine specific goals and level of involvement required. Once goals are set in place, the client will begin the training process. Each week, their customized plan will be sent out that contains the tools needed for success. There will be several check-ins for accountability purposes to ensure that weeks plan is being met. As an online coach, I will also be available to my clients for any questions they may have regarding their training plan. 

What all does it include?
Each plan is customized based upon client goals and needs! AbsoluteFit app is like having me as your trainer in the palm of your hands! I have created a user friendly app that allows you to see and do your workouts on your own time as well as track all of your progress! Based upon the membership level chosen, I also offer nutrition guidance!

I pride myself upon helping others succeed in their health & fitness journey. Online training allows me to share my passion, knowledge & reach even more people.
